Which PDK Address Should You Give Your Chauffeur?

Give the chauffeur the FBO name and street address confirmed by your flight operator. “PDK airport” alone leaves the passenger terminal unclear. An FBO, or fixed-base operator, handles private-aircraft services and can serve as the passenger arrival point.

Start with the latest instructions from the company operating your flight. Use the directory below to check the address, then confirm where the car should meet you.

Match the confirmed FBO to its address

These three FBOs appear in the county airport business directory. Each facility publishes the address shown below. All three addresses are in Atlanta, GA 30341.

An older itinerary may say Epps Aviation. Aero Center Atlanta identifies itself as the former Epps Aviation. Confirm the current facility with your operator before forwarding an old booking email.

If your flight instructions name another facility or hangar, ask the operator for that exact address. Do not replace it with the nearest name in this table. These are facility addresses; the passenger meeting point still needs to be agreed.

Facility details checked October 25, 2026. Reconfirm with the operator before travel.

Set the meeting point before the car leaves

Ask the FBO where your booked car should meet the arriving passengers. Have the car provider confirm that same location. Do not assume a street address allows a driver onto the aircraft parking area, or that every pickup can happen beside the aircraft.

Send the confirmed FBO name, street address and meeting instructions together. Check that the reply from the car provider names the same facility. If a map pin conflicts with the written address, resolve the difference before departure.

For an assistant booking on someone else’s behalf, make sure the traveler has the pickup instructions too. Our client transportation trip brief helps keep the passenger and booking contact working from the same plan.

Agree who will pass on flight changes

Ask your flight operator which contact can provide arrival updates. Share that agreed contact with the car provider, along with the flight identifier supplied by the operator.

Do not rely on a public flight-tracking page as the only update channel. The FAA’s LADD program can limit the public display of participating aircraft’s flight data. A missing public result does not tell the driver when passengers will be ready.

If the operator changes the arrival facility or airport, send the new address to the car provider and get a revised confirmation. Ask whether the change affects the pickup time, availability or quoted charge before relying on the earlier booking.

Arrange the ground leg. For an Executive Limo enquiry, share the operator-confirmed facility, arrival details and onward destination so ATL Limo can review your request. Request a quote or call +1 (315) 381-4222.
