For the Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon and 5K on November 26, 2026, you can collect your number in advance, send a friend or family member with your check-in pass, or buy race-morning Will Call. Decide who will collect before booking transport for the whole group.
Collect before race day
Advance pickup is at Atlantic Station, 260 18th St NW, in the former West Elm space.

If one friend is collecting for others, agree where each runner will receive their number before people split up. Check that the collector has each runner’s check-in pass before starting the trip. A shared collection only helps if everyone gets their number before their own race-day departure.
Use Will Call when advance pickup does not fit
Will Call costs $20 per race number and must be bought by November 25 at 7 p.m. through the race booking’s add-on controls. This is a race-organizer charge.

Match the ride to the people making the trip
If you are sending a friend, quote transport for that person’s actual stops. If several runners want to go together, include everyone who will travel. Choose the vehicle for the riders, rather than the number of race packets being collected.
Decide whether you need a car to wait while you go inside or a separate ride afterward. Pickup hours are not a promise about queue length. Our hourly chauffeur or separate transfers guide explains that booking choice.
If pickup is part of a day with other stops, share the whole itinerary when asking about Chauffeur Service. Name the person riding and allow time for the collection visit. Confirm what the booking covers; a passenger ride does not by itself arrange someone to collect race numbers for you.
