An airport vehicle can have enough seats and still be the wrong fit for the luggage. Count what actually travels with the group before choosing a sedan, SUV or Sprinter, especially when every passenger has a checked suitcase and carry-on.
Use fleet capacities as the starting point
ATL Limo’s current fleet listing gives the following capacities. Luggage figures are listed counts, not a promise that all bag dimensions or every full-seat configuration will fit.

Write a luggage list that answers the real question
“Six bags” can mean six small carry-ons or six large checked cases. Send the number of each type. Add approximate dimensions for unusually large items and mention whether a stroller or mobility aid folds.
Keep essential items with the passenger when practical: travel documents, medication needed during the journey and the phone used for pickup contact. Do not count a lap or an unused seat as a substitute for confirmed luggage space.
- Passengers, including children and any accompanying adult.
- Checked suitcases, with unusually large cases identified.
- Carry-ons, backpacks and laptop bags.
- Strollers, child-seat requests and folding mobility equipment.
- Golf clubs, instrument cases or presentation materials.
Compare realistic loads before choosing the class
These are questions to resolve with the company, not fit guarantees. The right answer depends on the actual available vehicle and loading arrangement.

Treat accessibility and child-seat needs separately
More space does not automatically make a vehicle wheelchair accessible. Tell ATL Limo the equipment dimensions and whether the passenger can transfer to a standard seat. Obtain an explicit suitability confirmation before reserving.
For children, give ages and any child-seat requirements before choosing the vehicle. Ask who supplies and installs the agreed equipment. A request in a notes box should not be treated as confirmation of availability.
Airline assistance inside the airport is a separate arrangement. If that is needed, coordinate it with the airline while confirming the ground transportation meeting plan.
Match the airport booking to what happens next
For a direct ride to a Downtown hotel or Buckhead home, supply the exact entrance and address. For an airport arrival followed by several stops, include them in the quote so the company can advise on the booking type.
Share the airline and flight number, travel date, passenger contact and terminal information. A group arriving on different flights may need separate pickups even if everyone fits in one vehicle.
Ask for the total price with the vehicle choice and pickup method stated. Confirm waiting, parking, fees and extra-stop terms. Do not choose a smaller class solely to match an advertised starting rate if the bags have not been checked.

Copy this into your request: “We have [adults] adults and [children] children, [number] checked cases, [number] cabin bags, [number] backpacks and [bulky items with approximate dimensions]. We [do / do not] need to travel together. Please confirm the suitable vehicle before we reserve.”
